Per the publishing policy in docs/13-credibility-report.md §6, the specific coin amount MUST NOT be displayed on the site until either (a) Discord posts a definitive reward enumeration or (b) the conflict is independently resolved.

The code name references Hei, the protagonist of Darker than Black. No Discord channel currently names a “Hei” unit, so the IP-tie remains inference-only.
