## Stat profile

Per `src/content/tier-snapshots/index.json` traits snapshot, the Fleet notes field reads "FRVR-only; speed." The snapshot does not enumerate per-stat magnitudes; per docs/04-tier-list.md §2.3.2 the Fleet row is "Speed-focused" with `not specified` for the stat bundle column. The full stat table for B-tier traits remains unsourced — only the speed-lean classification is verified.

Per docs/04-tier-list.md §1.2.1 and §1.2.2, neither the Raid trait matrix nor the Survival/Infinite trait matrix names Fleet as the recommended pairing for any ability slot.
