Stat profile
Per src/content/tier-snapshots/index.json traits snapshot, the Timer notes field reads “FRVR-only; situational.” The snapshot does not enumerate stat magnitude for Timer; per docs/04-tier-list.md §2.3.2 the Timer row lists stat bundle as not specified with Situational notes. No public source publishes a Timer CDR figure — the trait’s classification is cooldown-lean per its name and the docs row positioning, with the actual CDR percentage unsourced.
Where this trait shines
Per docs/04-tier-list.md §1.2.1 and §1.2.2, Rolasyum’s trait/ability matrix names neither Reaper (Raid) nor Flash (Survival/Infinite) substitute for Timer in any slot. Timer’s situational use is for ability-spam builds before Mythic traits drop — per docs/04-tier-list.md §1.3 (Lunatic 12-weapon upgrade table), two abilities are flagged as “high-CD” requiring cooldown investment regardless of trait: Nen Prodigy (Base 3 DMG / 4 CD) and Sosuke (Base 4 DMG / 3 CD). These are the abilities where Timer’s CDR lean has the largest marginal effect prior to Mythic-trait rolls.

Per the tier-snapshots ranking, Timer is rated B with sources_supporting: 1 (FRVR-only). Per docs/04-tier-list.md §2.3.2, the FRVR-only B-tier cluster (Fortune / Swift / Timer / Tough / Fleet) all carry needs_check on stat values; AllThings.how’s coverage does not extend to B-tier stat bundles.
Synergies & comparison
Timer is strictly outclassed by Flash (+20% CDR + 7 other columns per tier-snapshots Flash notes) and Reaper (+20% CDR + +35% DMG + ATK SPD + Lifesteal per tier-snapshots Reaper notes). Both Mythic traits deliver the +20% CDR ceiling alongside damage; Timer offers only the CDR lean without the offensive backbone. Per docs/04-tier-list.md §1.3, every A+ ability rolls into a 7/0 (pure-DMG) upgrade allocation under Reaper or Flash because the trait CDR is enough to remove cooldown bottlenecks — Timer cannot match this.
