Beacon Taunt is the C-tier aggro-redirect gadget. It places a beacon that draws zombie aggro to a fixed location, freeing the player to reposition or unload high-cooldown abilities.
Single-source caveat
FRVR rates Beacon Taunt C-tier with brief description. Specific aggro range and beacon HP are not Discord-attested. The gadget is niche — most builds prefer offensive (Black Hole) or defensive (Infinity) gadgets over aggro-redirect.
When Beacon Taunt is worth running
Multiplayer raid scenarios where the player is the heal-pet support and needs zombies pulled off a teammate. Not recommended for solo play.

The exact aggro radius, beacon HP, and active duration are not enumerated in any tracked source — the placement is verified single-source.

For solo play, Black Hole (cluster zombies for AoE) and Infinity (15-second impenetrable bubble per effect_text) both dominate Beacon Taunt’s slot — there is no solo scenario where redirecting aggro to a static beacon out-values offensive setup or invincibility. The niche use case is a multiplayer Raid where the player runs support: pair Beacon Taunt with a sustain ability like Saiyan (V-skill auto-revive backstop) and a defensive pet like Shield Titan (Tier 1 max Lifesteal per docs/04-tier-list.md §2.3.4) so the teammate can free-cast burst while adds pile onto the beacon.
